Turnaround time for in-stock items normally runs 10-14 business days, except during holiday seasons. You will be notified if an item is out of stock or if the embroidery is running longer than expected. Holiday and graduation seasons can encounter a longer wait time.

Personalized items are not eligible for return or refund unless we made a mistake in our workroom. Please double-check all orders before checking out. If we made a mistake on an item off the website, of course, we will amend it for you!
