Thank you for ordering from Bella Latella! We look forward to creating something beautiful for you.
Turnaround time for in-stock items normally runs 10-14 business days. You will be notified if an item is out of stock or if the embroidery is running longer than expected. Holiday and graduation seasons can encounter a longer wait time.
Personalized items are not eligible for return or refund unless we made a mistake in our workroom. Please double-check all orders before checking out. If we made a mistake on an item off the website, of course, we will amend it for you!
